TRUF Staking Changes

Over the holiday break, the Truflation developer team implemented changes to staking rewards. This is a part of a larger tokenomics overhaul aimed at limiting token supply and improving token utility and viability in 2026.

In this first step, we discontinued new staking rewards for new stakers and the ability to add to or extend current staking periods. You will notice changes on the dashboard, with new staking no longer possible.

For existing stakers, we have a separate token allocation batch reserved for their rewards and allocation periods for the next 3 years.

• Current staker rewards will be honored and will continue to be paid out daily as normal.
• It won't be possible to extend the current staking periods or increase the current stake.
• The tokens will remain allocated for the period that users agreed to allocate them.

As a result of this transition, staking rewards have temporarily stopped accruing for the existing stakers due to a technical overhaul. We are expecting things to resume as normal for current stakers this week, most likely by Jan 6.
