Five years ago, I set out to do something everyone thought was crazy: rethink inflation measurement from the ground up.
They said it couldn’t be done. They said blockchain wasn’t ready. They said the data wouldn’t be trustworthy.
Today, Truflation stands strong, proof that rebuilding broken systems isn’t just possible, it’s necessary.
From Promise to Platform
We launched the TRUF token with a bold promise: transparency, immutability, and universal access to all economic data and the related calculations, including Truflation CPI.
Our team has been building on blockchain since 2012, with roots deep in Bitcoin. We saw its revolutionary potential and its limitations. Legacy blockchain architectures couldn’t handle the complexity of real-world data at scale. Meanwhile, AI was emerging as a transformative force, while trust in governments and institutions to represent truth was eroding.
We needed something different. Something better.
Building the Impossible
We selected to work with KWIL, a brilliant team out of Austin, to tackle what seemed impossible: building a blockchain using SQL. They laid the foundation. We pushed the boundaries.
As the technology matured, ERC-20 bridging, consensus algorithm, SQL smart contracts, we saw something bigger than just another oracle. We saw the potential to bring order books on-chain, deliver exchange-like experiences for perpetuals and event contracts, and create real-time financial infrastructure purpose-built for economic data in parallel with access to a decentralized, globally leading timeseries and foundational economics model.
Today, we’re thrilled to unlock the TRUF.NETWORK, the world’s first SQL-native blockchain.

For Market Creators
Index creators and prediction market builders need TRUF tokens to launch markets. Each prediction market can spawn five sub-markets, pricing different outcomes tied to the headline event. These TRUF payments flow directly to network validators as rewards.
For Traders
Traders participate using USDC and stablecoins, building peer-to-peer, fully self-custodial prediction markets. You maintain complete control over your funds across every market you engage with. No intermediaries, no custody risk and no regulatory risk.
The Economic Flywheel
Bridge ERC-20 assets from Ethereum to TRUF Network once, then move freely between prediction markets with zero gas fees. The only fee? Settlement costs, which return to the protocol and are distributed to data providers, validators, and liquidity providers according to a fixed ratio.
